Our on-site team can cover all aspects of AV production including filming with broadcast quality digital cameras, either as a single or multi-camera shoot. We also regularly work with other AV production companies to provide webcasting services on their behalf.
As well as the ability to live stream video alongside synchronised PowerPoint slides, we can suggest interactive features to enable your online audience to participate in the event.

prior to the event to test the internet connection at the venue; this helps us to mitigate any risks early on. For internal communications events, we can liaise directly with in-house network teams to guarantee that all locations can view the live feed seamlessly over your network.

We can design and build a custom branded microsite to host your webcasts, with optional registration and password-protected login systems that will assist in tracking your viewership and provide restriction options when required. Your live stream can also be embedded on your own website or streamed via your company’s account on YouTube, Facebook Video or Twitch, if you’d prefer.
We can also upload the event and make it availble on-demand after the event. This will help you to achieve a larger audience for those unable to attend or catch the live broadcast. Your microsite will also show post-event viewing statistics, allowing you to tailor your message for future content and review the success of your event.
